When you enter, a few pop-up menus will appear with important instructions on how to favorite your images and place orders. Please take a moment to read through these details—they’ll help guide you through the process smoothly.

You’ll notice that there’s a large watermark on the proof images. Unfortunately, due to past instances of the unauthorized personal and commercial use of images, we’ve had to add this watermark for security. Please understand that usage rights are granted only once images have been purchased. After your order is complete, you’ll receive a separate download link with watermark-free images.

The photos are arranged in chronological order, so if your portrait was taken later in the event you’ll find your pup’s images toward the end of the gallery.

If you like an image- click the little heart next to the image and create your favorites list.  This will help you narrow down your favorites to make your order.

Once you’ve selected all of your favorite images, click on the small heart icon in the upper right corner to view your favorites gallery. From there, go to the PRINT STORE in the upper right menu bar, where you’ll be able to see all product options and place your order.

Digital Files:

• Print Digital File (sized for prints up to 8x10)
• Collections of Print Digital Files – Save per file when purchasing a collection of digital images.

Fine Art Options:

• Fine Art Prints – Available as loose prints, mounted, or framed.
• Metal Wall Art – Vivid, high-quality prints on metal, ready to hang.
• Wood Prints – Beautiful keepsakes designed to be cherished year after year.

Once you have completed ordering all of your favorite items you are ready to check out.

If you are purchasing any prints- please make sure your mailing address is correct.

Digital files will be available for download within 7 days of your order, and you’ll have access to the download link for 7 days. Please check your spam folder as these emails can sometimes end up there, and unfortunately, we have no control over that.

For print orders, we’ll release them to the lab within 7 days, after which you can expect delivery based on the lab’s production timeline provided at checkout.

Please note that all orders are final and non-refundable, so be sure to double- and triple-check any spelling on your Christmas cards before submitting your order!
